Conference of the Inter-platforms Group on Circular Economy GIEC 2024: Challenges and opportunities for public-private partnerships
With the aim of promoting the transition towards a circular economy in Spain, the Inter-platform Group of Circular Economy GIEC, in collaboration with the State Research Agency (AEI), is organising a conference dedicated to exploring opportunities for innovation and funding in R&D&I projects. The event will take place on 13 November, at 9:30 am, and is aimed at companies and organisations from strategic sectors in our country that are looking for innovative and collaborative solutions in the field of sustainability and efficient use of resources.
The session will be attended by representatives of the State Research Agency (AEI), the Centre for Technological Development and Innovation (CDTI) and the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO), who will report on the main current funding opportunities for research and development projects in the field of the circular economy.
The conference will be structured in three thematic blocks, which will allow attendees to learn first-hand about the lines of support for innovation in circular economy, share success stories and experiences of successful projects and explore new opportunities for collaboration between public and private entities.
The event is a unique opportunity for all industrial sectors interested in advancing in the transition towards more sustainable production and consumption models based on the circular economy. In addition to the informative sessions, networking and the search for partners for future proposals will be encouraged.
