CARBIOW project | Demonstrating the Production of Sustainable and Carbon-Negative Biofuels in Europe

The second video of the CARBIOW project, funded by Horizon Europe, examines the revolutionary technologies used to cover the entire process of converting organic waste into carbon-negative biofuel for maritime and aviation applications to replace fossil fuels.

The ReFuelEU Aviation and FuelEU Maritime regulations put the need to ensure a level playing field for sustainable transport on the table and with this video, the CARBIOW project demonstrates the progress it is making towards this goal: sustainable, carbon-negative maritime and aviation fuels can be a reality in Europe!

Through individual interviews with the coordinators and the different partners forming the consortium, it also reviews innovative carbon capture and conversion technologies to reduce emissions from the cement industry.

This video, created by the partner leading the Dissemination and Communication within the project, BIOPLAT, immediately becomes the best way to showcase the project and to raise awareness of the added value it brings to the transport sector, the environment and society in general:
