IRODDI continues with its focus on the circular bioeconomy

IRODDI is in progress. The project funded by Bio-based Industries Joint Undertaking (BBI JU) under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme continues to investigate Free Fatty Acids (FFAs) contained in the residual side streams of the refining process of oils and fats to develop new bio-based products. The aim is to close loops and maximize the efficient use of available resources to boost circular bioeconomy.

What is BIOPLAT doing to accomplish this? Reveal the the progress of the project and other research being carried out by the other partners of the consortium. Communication plays a key role in any project and we know it. Therefore, and with the idea to reach more people, we have designed in a simple, concise and pleasant way both the IRODDI website and the informative flyer.

Because, despite being a very technical project, it can contribute to the fight against climate change by reorienting the economy towards a sustainable model based on biorefineries. And we want you to become aware of it.
