TRANSFIERE 2021 will held a round table about energy transition
On April 14 and 15 will be held the 10th edition of TRANSFIERE – European Meeting on Science, Technology and Innovation, which, as every year, will take place at the Trade Fairs and Congress Center of Málaga. This year, the event will be about European funds for economic reactivation and the new financing opportunities that exist within the European framework.
TRANSFIERE is a unique space to promote innovation between research groups and companies while contributing to the competitiveness of the business sector. Being an active part of Transfiere allows to build a diverse network of contacts of interest, synergies and knowledge sharing practices, connecting the different actors and strategic sectors of the economy.
This year, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the event will have a rigorous security protocol with several measures, such as the mandatory use of masks, maintaining the interpersonal range of 1.5 meters both in the seats and in the entry and exit flows, the limitation of capacity to 65%, the provision of PPE to all staff, and the intensification of cleaning and disinfection.
Within the framework of this Forum, the Coordination Committee of Spanish Energy Technology Platforms (CCPTE), of which BIOPLAT is a member, has organized the round table ‘The energy transition and its effect on technology and the supply chain’, which will be held on April 14 at 12:15 pm in the Technology Room space. The objective of this round table is to make known the national objectives of decarbonization and energy transition in the short and medium term, and address how the CCPTE and the sectors they represent will jointly respond to them, from their priorities in R&D&i and its technological prospects for the near future.
The inclusion of a new space in the collaborative ecosystem Transfiere 360º is one of the main novelties of this edition. In this space, the results transfer of the participants are the main characters. In addition, there is the possibility of presenting them at the IV Conference on Scientific Communication, which will take place within the framework of Transfiere 2021. High-level journalists in scientific-technological dissemination will analyze the success stories previously selected by the Spanish Association for Scientific Communication.
